Following on from Fleur de Peau Eau de Parfum and the associated care products, the range has

now been augmented with an Eau de Toilette, available in two sizes, and a refillable solid perfume

to be carried with you and applied delicately with the fingertips.

The new arrivals mark a further step forward in the story of Fleur de Peau, a creation originally

inspired by the culture of ancient Greece and the fascination it held for Diptyque’s three founders.

The myth of Psyche and Eros and the daughter born from their love, Hedone, was what originally

gave rise to Fleur de Peau, a unique, intimate perfume for the skin that speaks of the encounter

between musks and flowers, and between softness and purity.

At the heart of the composition of Fleur de Peau Eau de Toilette lies a combination of white

musks with vibrant pink peppercorn notes and the sparkling freshness of mandarin, creating a

softness reminiscent of the tenderness found in antique statues immortalising the kiss shared by

the mythical couple. The musks are underscored by the delicate, powdery properties of iris and

magnolia, then elevated by deep accents of ambrette seeds. Only when they meet the skin are

their light, enveloping qualities fully revealed.

Fleur de Peau moves through founding myths in which purity and sensuality, and floral and musky

notes, come together in perfect harmony. The sensorial, exquisite qualities of this perfume for

the skin have always varied from one skin to the next. Today they are enhanced by these two

newcomers, rounding off the collection.
