Drumming up to the massive 50th
anniversary milestone of HK7s, Carlsberg hypes up the city for the event of the
year with an array of HK7s-themed events, from pre-parties to
limited edition premiums to get ready to spread the loudest cheer at the HK7s
during April 17 – 19, 2026 at the Kai Tak Stadium.
Carlsberg HK7s 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Can Roll-Out in Hong Kong
To honor this epic milestone, Carlsberg
has dropped the ‘Carlsberg HK7s 50th Anniversary Limited Edition Can’, designed
by Hong Kong-born, former rugby player and Filipino-Hong Kong artist Kate
Palis. Kate infused her passion for the game and the unique perspective into
the artwork. Rocking the classic Carlsberg green, the Can captures the electric scene of fans celebrating
in the Kai Tak Stadium, symbolizing Carlsberg and the fans
sharing the rush of frenzy and passion for the HK7s and raising a toast to the
occasion.
Kate shared, The 50th anniversary
of the Hong Kong Sevens is a huge milestone. As a former rugby player, I'm
thrilled to team up with Carlsberg to pay tribute to 50 years of HK7s memories!
The design captures the fans’ roaring energy and the creative outfits at the legendary
South Stand. I wanted to bottle that one-of-a-kind HK7s fan spirit into
something truly special and collectible.

HK7s Fans Warmup Party Series Kick Off
with Music, Cheers and Beers
To dial up the HK7s fever early, Carlsberg teams
up with Hong Kong DJ Johnnie Darka for two pre-party events. The first
pre-party will drop as a rugby-sevens-themed brunch on March 21 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong that
kicks off the party with a cheer, book now at https://bit.ly/41932a5. The second pre-party themed Cantopop
will be occurring at The Hair Of The Dog 5 on April 11 to push the pre-game
hype to the max.
The two ‘Carlsberg Rugby Fans Warmup Parties’ will bring together
the most passionate HK7s fans with cheers and beers to feel the unbeatable HK7s
