8.	COOKIES

PRIVACY POLICY

1.	STATEMENT
	1.1 The following statement explains the Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) regarding the personal information collected by Infinite Financial Solutions Limited (“the site” or “IFS”) about you. Upon registration and from time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address etc.) in order to use the Member Service on the site. By providing the site with your details in the fields requested, you enable the site to provide you with the Member Service. We will treat such personal information in accordance with this Policy.
	1.2 The Member Service is provided to you subject to the site’s Terms of Use and Notices (“TOU & Notices”) and in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The site will act in accordance with current Hong Kong SAR laws on personal information protection in this Policy and as far as practicable, aim to meet current Internet best practice.
	1.3 The term Authorised Third Parties describes the contractors, agents and third party suppliers with whom Infinite Financial Solutions Limited enters into agreements from time to time and persons with whom they may contract in order to provide the Member Services.
	For the purposes herein, all words and expressions shall have the same meaning as in IFS’s TOU & Notices, except where otherwise expressly stated.
	By submitting your information, you consent to the use of your personal information collected by us, in the manner as set out in this Policy.
2.	CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
	2.1 The site may revise and update this Policy at any time by posting such revised Policy at IFS. You should periodically review this Policy for changes. Your continued use and access of the Member Service and IFS will mean you accept those changes.
3.	USERS UNDER 18
	3.1 IFS is not directed at parties under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to IFS. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide the site with personal information.
4.	THE TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
	Personal Information Collection
	4.1 The site collects and uses your personal information (i.e. personal information which identifies you, e.g., your name and postal address, date of birth, gender, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and credit/debit card information; lifestyle) only with your knowledge and consent when you use IFS, the Member Services, make use of our product and service enquiries, or when you respond to communications from the site (such as contests, questionnaires or surveys) and other information collected on registration or through surveys.
	4.2 When you request pages from IFS server, it automatically collects some information about your preferences, including your IP address. The site uses this to help diagnose problems with IFS and server, to administer IFS and for the purposes set out in Section 5 below.
	Non-personally Identifying Information
	4.1 The site automatically collects aggregate and demographic information about the use of IFS, including which pages are most frequently visited, how many IFS receives daily, how long visitors stay on each page, your preferences and other similar sites based on your browsing (click-stream) activities. This information may include the pages you browse and products and services viewed or ordered for example. This helps the site to better provide you with a more enjoyable, customised service and experience in the future.
	4.2 The site uses the information available to create profiles of IFS user base. The site may provide aggregate profile information of its users to advertisers to help tailor information from the advertisers to your interests. 	4.3 The site does not monitor or permanently store third party information save for the purpose of accounting, billing or record keeping, or unless required by law.
5.	USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
	5.1 Your personal information will be used by the site or Authorised Third Parties, in support of the purposes stated at the time at which it was given or sought, and/or for the following reasons:
	For the purposes of technical administration of IFS; For research and development; Statistical analysis; Customer administration; Profiling service preferences; Finance and marketing operations and activities and/or as required in the provision of our services including but not limited to credit control services; In compliance with any regulatory, statutory or legal obligation imposed on us by any relevant authority; To service your Member Account and otherwise operate and provide the Member Service to you; To support your questions about use of the Member Service; To detect and prevent fraudulent activity; To provide other goods and services by the site or its designated representatives and/or business partners to you or parties designated by you and matters ancillary thereto; To verify and process payment when you use IFS and/or the Member Service or purchase goods and services from the site, if any; To verify and record your personal particulars including comparing it with information from other sources and using the information to communicate with you; To conduct market research of the users of IFS and Member Service including the number of users, the frequency of use, profile of users and using such analysis for our business plans, the enhancement of our products and services, targeted advertisements and conveying such information in broad aggregate terms to third parties who have or propose to have business dealings with the site; To send you information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising materials in relation to our goods and services and those of third party organizations selected by the site; To comply with any order of court or directive from authorities investigating any alleged offence, misdeed and/or abuse or to enforce any of the terms in IFS’s TOU & Notices or, where such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of the site.
	5.2 If the site wishes to use your personal information for new purposes, the site will offer you the means to consent to those new purposes by sending an email to info@ifshk.com.
6.	DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
	6.1 The site will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Except as provided for herein, the site will not disclose personal information about you to any third party without your consent.
	6.2 The site may from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about particular goods, offers or services that may be of interest to you. In those cases, personal information that may identify you will not be transferred to the third party. All communication whether from the site or our business partners will be sent to you by the site.
	6.3 The site may however, need to work with Authorised Third Parties to provide part or all of IFS, the Member Service and/or other services to you or to perform market research and statistical analysis. In such situations, the site will share your personal information as is necessary for the Authorised Third Party to perform these services, on a strictly confidential basis. These parties are not allowed to use your personal information disclosed to them except for the limited purpose of providing the particular service for the site. By using and continuing to use IFS you are deemed to have consented to such disclosure.
	6.4 Without limiting the above, the site may disclose your personal information about you and/or your Member Account to Authorized Third Party for accounting or reporting purposes, subject to the terms of this Policy.

	7.1 IFS may contain, from time to time, links to other web sites. The site is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites or of any third party. You should review the privacy policies of such websites when you visit them. This Policy applies solely to information collected by IFS.
8.	COOKIES
	What is a Cookie?

	IFS Cookies
	8.3 The site uses “cookies” to store and track information about you and your use of IFS. Unless you have a Member Account, IFS cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. You may browse IFS anonymously until such registration.
	8.4 The IFS cookie and information retrieved from the IFS cookie is used in line with the uses set out in Section 5 above and more specifically:
	to help save and retrieve passwords used on IFS. This way, you will not have to re-enter information upon every new visit to IFS. to track information such as the frequency and duration of your use of IFS, your click-stream as you go through IFS, your preferred sites, and help us determine whether you came to IFS from a particular Internet link or banner advertisement; to analyse the profile of IFS visitors and users to helps the site provide you with better service and to enhance our service; to personalize the content, banners and promotions that you will see on IFS.
	8.5 Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted from your computer’s hard drive at the end of a session. You are always free to delete　IFS cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on IFS and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session.

	9.2 If you wish to correct, change or update your particulars in your Member Account, please update them from IFS. You will need to have your user ID and password.
	9.3 You may terminate and close your Member Account through IFS’s member services.
	9.4 You can write to us at any time to obtain details of the personal information the site holds about you. Please write to: info@ifshk.com.
	Please quote your name, address, user ID and Member Account. It would be helpful if you also provide brief details of what information you want a copy of. The site may charge a reasonable sum permitted by Hong Kong personal data protection laws to cover our administration costs (if applicable).
	9.5 The site reserves the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal information, but will give reasons for our refusal.
10.	SECURITY
	10.1 The Internet is not a secure medium, and communications over the Internet may be subject to third-party interception. The site cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information, save in accordance with IFS’s TOU & Notices.
	10.2 The site has implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect your Member Account information from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss. All our employees and data processors, who have access to and are associated with the processing of personal information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your Member Account information.
	10.3 While the site cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur; the site makes reasonable efforts to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
	10.4 You must remember to log off from your Member Account and close the browser window after use so that no unauthorized party can have access. You must not, at any time, divulge your user ID and password to any third party.
11.	TRANSFERRING YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF HONG KONG SAR
	11.1 It may be necessary to transfer your personal information to other group companies or service providers located in countries outside Hong Kong SAR. This may happen where our servers or suppliers and service providers are based outside Hong Kong SAR or where you use IFS and/or Member Service from countries outside Hong Kong SAR. In these instances, the site will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights are respected in accordance with this Policy.
